We’ll admit that it’s quite hard to find a mountain bike fit for off-roading and multi-surface trails for an affordable price -- especially if you are a beginner (or simply not interested in anything TOO intense) and not trying to spend a ton of money on a bike that exceeds your needs. Eunorau’s UVHO Fat Tire Mountain Bike is perhaps the most affordable Electric mountain bike on the market today. And in riding it ourselves and doing our research we’ve put together an unbiased review to help you make the best e-bike decision! 

The UVHO is a full-feature mountain bike that surpasses its price tag in quality. Featuring a sleek low-step full-suspension frame and 27.5” plus mountain bike tires accompanied by plus size black alloy rims, this is an amazing deal!

Furthermore, the mountain bike comes with a range of riding options. As with any electric bike, you can ride it conventionally for days you want to put in the leg work, using the 7-speed Shimano Acera gears. But for all the other days where pedal-assist and power are desired, riders can engage the 350W rear hub motor using the Pedal Assist System or the right-side Class 2 thumb throttle! Take advantage of this feature, and you’ll be able to zoom through town..or the woods, or the riverside, and more! 

As for the way it rides, comfortability and maneuverability are the e-bike’s strong suits. The fat tires allow riders to feel cushioned as they ride, while the hydraulic disc brakes make tight turns and maneuvering easy and succinct. Along with that, the bike is equipped with wide handle bars to help with rider control, an essential feature when off-roading. And because the motore is lightweight, riders can expect a smooth and quiet ride, making outdoor trail riding peaceful and enjoyable. 

Though this bike is incredibly priced for its range of capabilities, we still consider this particular mountain bike best for entry level mountain bike riders, or riders who aren’t looking to climb massive hills or steep slopes. Since the electric system isn't the most powerful on the market, it isn't quite strong enough to pull, let’s say a grown sized man up a steep hill. Similarly, the narrow gear range isn't fast wide or fast enough to take on hills of great consequence. However, for the price, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing as it is still capable of light travel roads, river trails, grassy fields and more. It is also important to note that not every rider needs a steep hill climbing bike -- some riders just want to enjoy nature on more secluded trials instead of intense mountain sports riding.
